Returns & Refund Policy

At AMAR SKIN, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products that have been opened, used, or had their protective seal removed.

Sealen products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Once the protective seal has been removed, the product is no longer eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
